What comes after 75 hard? No one talks about it and to be honest we really didn’t have any idea. We were going to celebrate but instead of celebrating we found out there are even more levels to finding the best version of yourself. Well what does this consist of? After competing 75 days straight of 75 hard: -2 workouts daily, one must be outdoors -10 pages of reading -drink 1 gallon of water -follow a diet -no alcohol or cheat meals -take a progress pic Only to realize after that is completed we were ready to dive into Phase One. That consisted of the same foundation as 75 Hard but added: -5 minute cold shower -8 power list critical tasks -10 minutes dedicated visualization The foundation completely transformed us both physical and mentally to be the best version we could be, but there is more room to grow.
