Bob Maguinez left a lasting impression on all aspects of baseball in R City. He dedicated his life to baseball, not only by playing but by coaching, umpiring and scouting. Maguinez played for the Cheney Studs when they won the national title in 1960. He was inducted into the Pacific Northwest Old-timers Hall of Fame in 1984 and remains a legend throughout Tacoma. #BlackHistoryMonth #BlackBaseballHistory
