For Day 3 of our 12 Days of Baking with franzbakery we're making Plant-Based Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with our Organic Hamburger Buns! 😋 Crispy and flaky on the outside, tender on the inside, and a perfect substitute for a meatless dinner at home!⁠ ⁠ Recipe:⁠ ⁠ 1. Start by putting a large deep skillet filled with water (to submerge six 4-5" patties) on the stove at high heat. While the water is heating, make the vegan chicken patties by placing the tofu, vital wheat gluten, navy beans, nutritional yeast, poultry seasoning, and 1 t. of the vegan chicken broth powder into the bowl of a food processor. Blend the patty mixture. Stop the food processor when walnut-sized pieces are formed. Remove the dough onto a clean surface and divide it into 6 equal-sized balls.
