(8) Mizzou's (12-1-1) goaltender Tanner Richardson lifts the Tigers to six consecutive victories to open the month of December. Mizzou fell into a 2-0 hole early on, but the offense was able to find some rhythm with the first line thanks to Danny Rudman and Nick Spolec. Freshman forward Aaron Hemmer found the back of the net again. (11) Missouri State (15-6) kept things interesting until the very end at Washington Park Ice Arena, but it wasn't enough to steal one on the road.
