I LOVE GLAM, but I also LOVE letting my face breathe. A few days before the Miss Louisiana USA pageant, my eczema decided to flare up. It’s like it picks the worst possible time to show up and that’s when it decides to come out.🙃 During the weekend, my face started burning while I was getting my makeup done. It became super itchy during the day and started to “flake” through the foundation. All I could do at the time was pat it because I couldn’t scratch my makeup away. This is just one of MANY struggles of having eczema. Another problem is having to remove makeup during a flare up. Makeup and other products like self tanner tend to latch and lock onto the patches of eczema, making it almost impossible to scrub off! Most prepackaged wipes are a disaster when it comes to eczema. It causes itching, burning, redness, etc.. I currently use the “Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water” with some cotton pads, but I’m still trying to find “the perfect remedy” My fabulous roomate elllaclark had...
