Today’s workout consistent of 18 of these. Proud because I couldn’t do these 2 weeks ago yet here we are running it up in a full workout.
This goes to show you the strength of your MIND. Stop saying “I Can’t” and start saying “Let’s figure this sh*t out”. Dedicate yourself to you goals, your family, and whatever success means to you, and I promise if you work hard enough you’ll get there.
