Growing up in New Orleans and being able to watch them on Mardi Gras Day and throughout the year was truly an inspiration. People from all different backgrounds and walks of life gathering celebrating unity and harmony is what America is truly about. The Zulu Social and Pleasure Club organization is the heart of Mardi Gras Day, especially for the culture on Jackson Avenue in New Orleans.
