I restarted therapy this morning with betterhelp. “Miranda, I’m hearing what you’re saying and it sounds like grief. You’re in mourning for the way life was.” Bells are ringing, angels singing, all that, just like the first time my first therapist said “Miranda, this is depression.” Being able to name our feelings and emotions is powerful, freeing. Today was good. Necessary. I’ve felt so broken and so tired for so long. But today there’s a little ray of hope. Courtesy of costarastrology.
