Today I worked on my hockey stop! I was lucky enough to have the rink to myself for a few hours. Gotta love ODR season! (Though It was -24 degrees and my toes have frozen together 🤦🏽‍♀️😂) Also, I made the mistake of tying my laces this way again! In my last post, some people kindly sent me articles and advised me against tying my shoe lace behind my ankle. But I did it again before I even realized 😅 Gotta break the habit! I put a question in the second clip, which is “are you supposed to slow down a bit before you stop?” I noticed that I slow down for a few seconds before I turn my feet to stop.
