As a hockey player, your hands are very important. How else can you shoot or make that game wining goal? Therefore, it is important that you train your arms and make sure they are strong. This is a quick equipment-free workout that will work your arms and get them strong and ready to score winning goals next season! This exercise is made up of: Plank taps- 3x15 Up and down planks- 2x20 15Push ups Decline pushups- 2x10 Side plank rotation- 30 second sets( each side) This may be hard for some people, depending on the level of arm strength you already possess. Do the recommended reps, but for more intensity, you may do the whole exercise an additional time. Please be safe and stop if you feel any excessive pain or feel like you cannot go any more!
