πŸ—£ SOUND ON Here is @twoodstraining with a great drill that will work your legs and get you ready for the next season! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” THREE CONE DRILLS NOTES: 3 cone quick feet drills are slightly different then the 2 cone drills done earlier. Some are the same, but the timing in sequences are different due to the extra cone. If your footwork slows down with the extra cone (3 vs. 2 cones) it may not discount your foot speed, but just the overall application of it. Aka try more variations after warming up with the basics. A great variation can be with cone height. I used the @halo.sport drinks I got this week as my cones, which made it more of a challenge because they are taller. EQUIPMENT: 3 cones (bottles, books, puck stack, etc.) THE WORKOUT: Perform 2-3 sets x 10-12 seconds of the following: A: Lateral Step Overs B: Double Leg Hops C: Single Leg Hops D: Lateral Weave E: FWD/BWD Weave F: Lateral Hops to Jump Back Rest 30-60 seconds between, but make sure you are fully recovered. #hock...
