Fri. December 17th 2021, Alpha Gamma Rho/Alpha Delta Alumni Taylor Brown, was awarded an Honorary doctorate during Fall Commencement. Taylor Brown Is a third-generation Montana rancher from Sand Springs, a two-term State Senator. A prominent career in television and radio broadcasting in Montana for more than 40 years. He did all this while he earned a bachelors degree in Animal Science from MSU, as well as serving a year as the Student Body President. His time as a legislator had large impact on the states education and agriculture. His hard-work in office is recognized and appreciated by many Montanans. Brown being an advocate for rural farms and ranches, he has been a huge supporter of 4-H, FFA, and of-course The Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. The name Taylor Brown can also be greatly recognized for his contributions and effort to develop the MSU College of Agriculture.
