We are so excited to welcome Mark Gaspar and Sarah Holbert to the Glenn College Washington, D.C. office! Mark will be serving as the Washington Operations Director and Sarah, a graduate of our first ever MPA-DC cohort, will be taking over as Washington Programs Manager.
