@kyledake444 before the world championships in Hungary. Always drilling the basics behind the basics. Teaching people how to leverage their movement is the hardest thing you can do. So often I see athletes train outside the sagittal plane of motion, seeing no mechanical translations to the sports they play. If the teacher is still teaching sagittal plane dynamics on multidimensional movement, it means the teacher is relying on the athlete to persevere through their faulty practice. On my end, if my people fail, it is because I failed to execute. It's my fault if people under my tutelage fail at anything. .

Over the last decade, I have not only cared to take a body through all planes of motion, but also to leverage those planes of motion. Every segment of the body that can be potentiated needs to be potentiated. To do so...
