He was wearing a puffy orange jacket to keep out the cold, and noticed police in the Meijer as he entered, but made his way to get the items he needed and expected to be in and out. He had no idea that the police had been called because someone was suspected of shoplifting or that dispatch had forwarded the description to the officers. This is who they were looking for: a white man, in his 30s, wearing a green or grey Carhart jacket with a red hoodie underneath.
