She doesn’t seem to get the point that some of the yachts at the dock are personal yachts who have rented the docking space. When Karen said, “I want to talk to the manager” the employee says “Okay, one sec…” and ducks behind the counter. In a couple of seconds, she pops back up and says “Hi, How can I help you?”… I laughed so hard, but Karen did not find it funny. She said they don’t want to make any money because they won’t rent her a yacht. The reality is they can’t give you one because they’re sold out. To wrap everything up, she pushes everything off the front desk onto the floor and turns around to see a woman recording her. Karen proceeds to freak out on her as well. •
