Dramatic video from the site of a proposed police and fire training facility in Atlanta, which appears to have become a staging area for activists from across the country. Police say there was a coordinated attack by protestors on Sunday who lobbed Molotov cocktails, large rocks and fireworks at police. 35 people were arrested after the night of vandalism. It’s the latest incident in a series of events between cops and protestors. Activists want to stop the construction of the proposed $90 million, 85 acre facility they’ve dubbed Cop City. Some are angry about what they perceive as an increased militarization of police. Others are upset because they believe building the facility will harm the environment and climate.
