A Black man has come forward to allege he was beaten up by the same Memphis officers who are charged with 2nd degree murder in the death of Tyre Nichols. 22-year-old Monterrious Harris, a US Navy veteran, alleges in a federal lawsuit that he was assaulted by the SCORPION Unit three days prior to Tyre Nichols. He was also hospitalized. Harris is now suing the city and police for $5 million.
