A new report by @guttmacherinstitute predicts that if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, 26 states are certain or likely to ban abortion. In the case of a total ban in 26 states, there would be a 2,923% increase in women of reproductive age who may drive to California for abortion care, increasing from 46,000 to 1.4 million.
