Yessir, my dog braxton_hooks is locked in !!! 🫡😤 Braxton started with us back in Nov of 22' and has been very consistent! Braxton is down over 30lbs since joining The Pitt!! Braxton is what we call a “ Silent Assassin”! He doesn't say much and hardly ever shows frustration throughout the workout! He comes to the gym locked in and focused on the task at hand!! He performs at a high level during boot camps and Pitt Pump classes! 9/10 Braxton is the first one to start and the last one to stop and always does a great job of motivating others. Braxton also maxed over 465lbs in his one-rep back squat 😱😱 Braxton is not done making changes either; his goal for 2024 is to maintain 205 lbs or under, and he wants his body fat percentage to be 15% or less.
