😤💪🏾Yesssirrrr raymonddaquan !! Dang, we are proud of this guy right here! Ray's fitness journey started over 2 years ago. Before joining The Pitt Ray wanted to make changes. Ray does not come from an athletic background. He didn't play any sports and had little to no strength training in his life before joining The Pitt. He mainly focused on changing his diet and has managed to lose about 100 lbs! When he reached out to us he wanted to gain strength and build muscle!
Raymond does 3 Personal training sessions a week, bootcamps and Body pump class. He started only doing personal training but recently has added bootcamps to his workout routine. When Ray first started with us his fitness level was very low! He had very little stamina and strength! Over 2 years of training at The Pitt, he has managed to increase his Bench press to over 160lbs. Now maxing out around 285lbs! His squat max has increased by over 230lbs. Now maxing out at 365 lbs!
