On June 23, the UC Board of Regents took a major step forward to protect comprehensive UC healthcare, stand firm on nondiscrimination, and strengthen their ability to protect patients. The UC now has 60 days to bring the proposal language back before the Regents for final review, so we’ll need to be on high alert to make sure the adopted language and implementation truly protects comprehensive healthcare.
