𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 ⠀ A common question we always get is how much lighter are BRINKs than factory? We don’t always have the opportunity to check these numbers but today we did. ⠀ We took our Tundras stock TRD OffRoad 20” wheels and 265/60/20 Falken tires and put it up against a set of 20x9 +18 Insurgents mounted on 275/65/20 4 Ply Nitto Recon Grapplers. ⠀ Despite the BRINK package being 1.5” taller and about 0.5” wider the BRINK package weighed in at 79lbs +/- while the TRD package weighed in at 81lbs +/-. ⠀ We feel that our wheels being Flow Formed plus the Nittos being 4 ply definitely contributed towards the weight difference. ⠀ Although these 4 ply options are not for everyone we do find them to be a solid fit for those who don’t pull an incredibly heavy load or require airing down for off-roading. ⠀ Let us know your thoughts! ⠀ #brinkwheels #toyotatundra #tundraoffroad #tundranation ⠀
