Ever find yourself ping-ponging between two completely opposite thoughts? Yep, that's me – often enough to drive my husband a bit mad when I voice them all out loud. It's just my way of processing the world around me. I've realized that taking a moment to really listen to my thoughts can help clear the fog. And you know what? It's perfectly fine to be in this state of mind. Whether it's this way or that, here or there, black or white – why not embrace the shades of gray in between? I've learned to give myself the grace to explore every angle, calming my mind with the reassurance that it's okay to feel conflicted. Negative thoughts? I challenge them with positive ones. Not to dismiss the negative, but to balance it with something good. You'll find plenty of ampersands (&) around my house because I prefer 'AND' over 'BUT.'
