Extremely excited to have received our initial pre-production model of the ARRI Mini LF from our friends in Germany, just in time for our stint in Tanzania with the indigenous Maasai. I’ve never used a camera that has felt so well suited to a project. Shooting large format with the Signature Primes has been an absolute pleasure since day one - but to be able utilize these tools in such a small package without any compromise in the quality of the imagery has been an absolute game changer. 🙌🏼 I feel nothing but gratitude to the engineers and executives at ARRI for their immense work in making this camera a reality, and for getting it to us in time for the most demanding environments I’ve ever worked in.
