Ingredients
½ cup neutral oil
¼ cup flax egg
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup NotCo Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º
In a bowl combine the sugars, flax egg, and oil. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mixing until evenly combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Place batter in a cast iron skillet or 9 x 9 baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the middle.
Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce for the ultimate treat!
