Working in the grey area between the mechanical and the human-made, each gesture creates a visual record of the Artist’s movement. Viewed alone, each individual gesture is imperfect. Viewed as a whole, the imperfections combine to create a vibrant space for community gathering, full of life and energy. Public park basketball courts are a place where people learn to become, and practice being, community members.
