Happy #ThetaThursday! Introducing Aly Cromley (she/her)! Aly is a member of MC 21 and is majoring in Business Management. Outside of Columbia, she calls Polk City, Iowa home! Aly’s ambitious spirit and friendly personality have helped her succeed within both Theta and her degree program. Recently, Aly was offered an internship with America’s fastest growing grocery retailer, ALDI, as a District Manager Intern! Through this position, Aly will have the opportunity to experience real-world situations in her future career field, to see ALDI’s stores from the inside, and to work hands-on with other district managers running multi-million dollar businesses. “I feel that this internship with ALDI will give me opportunities to discover what I like and dislike about management roles, so I can further pinpoint a career that best suits me,” Aly says. “I am so excited to start working towards my career and experiencing everything this internship has to offer.” We are so excited to watch Aly su...
