Happy #ThetaThursday! Introducing Anna Kirby (she/her)! Anna is a member of MC 20 and is majoring in Health Science. Anna calls Columbia, Missouri home year round! Anna was originally drawn to a Health Science major and the healthcare field in general because she knew that she wanted to be able to help others improve their daily living through her career. Her love for helping others eventually led her to the field of Occupational Therapy, where she can work with patients across the entire lifespan to help them participate in everyday activities and improve their quality of life. In fact, Anna was recently accepted into the prestigious MU Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program! “I am so excited to start taking classes that are more specific to OT and to learn more about the different settings and specialties that I could work in,” Anna says.
