The Roar Zone, Everybody! • Last Saturday night, the Penn State Nittany Lions took on the Minnesota Gophers. Let me tell you, the Roar Zone was electric! New friendships, good times and memories that will last a lifetime are made inside the Roar Zone. You will never have a bad time in the Roar Zone. There is always laughter, dancing, chanting, and, of course, their favorite thing to do is heckle the hell out of the opposing goaltender. It is truly a fantastic scene to witness. Officers arrive very early to help set up the posters, flags, and so on before the students arrive. While students are lining up at the door two to three hours before the game, you will see them playing small games of football or just sitting around and chatting with their friends having a good time. Then once the game begins, the Nittany Lion comes out to rally up the crowd. Throughout the game, there is such a fun atmosphere.
