Sheetkari Pranayam
-Bring the upper and lower teeth together while keeping the lips open as much as you can and inhale through the closed teeth making a soft hissing sound.
-Release the teeth and close the mouth as you exhale through the nose.
-Repeat steps 3 and 4 for a couple of minutes, allowing the cooling effect to bring ease into the body and mind.
Shanmukhi pranayam
-Close the eyes, and cover the ears with the thumbs,
the eyes with the index fingers and the nose with the middle fingers.
-Press the upper lip slightly over the bottom lip with the ring and little fingers.
-Now exhale while making the sound of ‘hmmmm’ of bhramari Pranayam.
-Do this 5 times.
Nadishodhan Pranayam
-Put your middle and index finger between eyebrows.
-Keep your thumb on the right side of the nostril and ring finger on the left nostril.
