Introducing our Halls' Player Profile: Meet the team: Introducing Delaney Woods! Delaney just finished her first year as a T-Bird, majoring in the Media Studies program. She grew up playing multiple sports, including soccer, but started rugby at a very young age thanks to her dad. On the field, Delaney always has a positive word for her teammates, bringing up the energy with her optimism. Playing mostly at fly-half, her knowledge of the game, skills, and strong running is what allows her to succeed. She also has an impressive ability to trip over absolutely nothing, earning her the nickname of Bambi from teammate Jordan. Off the field, you will most likely see Delaney reading a book, running late to her classes, swimming in the ocean, or watching a movie.
