AZA’s program Safety Web For Arthropod Reproduction and Management (SWARM), focuses on keeping vulnerable arthropods (insects, spiders, crustaceans, etc) in zoo collections by breeding and refraining from wild collection. Butterfly Pavilion supports this program by actively working to breed and maintain sustainable populations of Chilean Rose Hair Tarantulas (Rosie).
