Bicep Training👊👊 - Growing big biceps comes down to a few key principles and movements. Here’s an overview of how to do so!👇 - Compound Movement: Chin Ups show good activation of the biceps and are great for the lower end of the rep range spectrum to expose your biceps to heavy weight. Also, underhand barbell rows can be good for this as well. • Isolation Movements: The classic barbell curl is a staple in building big biceps. If I had to pick one movement for the biceps, it would be the barbell curl everytime hands down. Other good exercises include the hammer grip cable curl and the dumbbell curl.
