i know there’s a big debacle between oatmeal raisin vs. choc chip cookie superiority….. i’m team oatmeal raisin 😈 kinda on brand with my oatmeal obsession haha
ANYWAYS! this granola goes perrrrrfect w/ the triple berry cobbler smoothie i posted yesterday so GO CHECK THAT OUT🤠 i hope you like it as much as i did 🥰
HOW TO MAKE ↴
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds (or other chopped nut of choice)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 1/4 c each: melted coconut oil & maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c raisins
add wet ingredients (coconut oil, maple syrup, & vanilla) to dry ingredients & combine well. bake at 350 for 40-45 mins. let cool completely before breaking into chunks. stir in raisins & enjoy :)
