5/17/21: yorkstrength17 took time out of his busy schedule to talk shop, specifically 1x20 Programming. 5/24/21 we implemented this training program, mainly for our middle school and young high school athletes.

1️⃣ On 7/2/21 one of our athletes ( charlizeee_ )took a 40 lb. DB for a ride on the Goblet Squat, for 22 reps.
2️⃣ Our athletes’ progression has been amazing thus far, across the board. All of our workouts are delivered using teambuildr where our athletes can input their data and journal their workout history.
