Amongst the dentists that come into the world of RipeGlobal, there is occasionally one who confronts their fear so publicly and so courageously, that it inspires those who study with them, the profession at large, and even lifts the teachers… With that in mind we created an award in the name of one of the dentists doing the first ever cohort of the Fellowship Restorative Dentistry. The Stefanie Hirt award will be awarded annually to that dentist that shows the same qualities. When we first met Stefanie she was afraid to do a single ceramic restoration. When she finished training she was doing full mouth rehabs every month.
