#GRS10th [GiftAway & Redemption] GRS x 山野酒造 Est. 1954 山野酒造位於位於大阪,京都,奈良邊境的交野市， 於江戶時期末期開業至今，是年產約500石的小規模酒藏。 全藏所釀造的日本酒8成都是特定名稱酒，其中的4成則是提供原酒， 我們堅持釀造原酒，並且不斷的努力下去。
 使用生駒山系豐富的伏流水以及關西為主的上等酒米， 還有南部杜氏浅沼政司為核心的藏人以及社員的團隊精神， 我們於平成14年、15年、18年、19年、27年榮獲全國新酒鑑評會受賞酒,並且於平成17年、20年、22年、23年、25年、26年、28年獲得金賞殊榮。從釀造，儲藏，裝瓶，商品管理甚至是出貨都保持最佳的狀態送到客人的手上。全国日本酒鑑評会 金賞７回 GRS x Katanosakura Yamano Shuzo is located in the city of Kaya, on the border of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. It has been in operation since the late Edo period and is a small-scale brewery producing approximately 500 koku of sake per year. 80% of the sake produced by the brewery is of a specific name, and 40% of that is provided as the original sake. We insist on brewing original sake and continuously strive to improve. We use the abundant underground water from the Ikoma mountain range and high-quality sake rice mainly sourced from the Kansai region.
