I rented a scooter and took Cozumel like a local. I woke up at 4 AM and couldn't go to sleep so I finished mrporterlive "The Manual for a Stylish Life (Vol. 2)" (Thank you willsiskey for the rec). I ended up going back to bed around 6 AM, waking up close to 10 AM, long after my pledge brothers had taken #Cozumel I got off the ship to explore the port, trying to see if any of my friends were still around. I stopped by margaritaville thinking they were going to be grabbing lunch, and saw an old man taking pictures of his wife. I offered to take a picture of the two of them together, which lead to an hour of great conversation, a free drink, and come to find out their daughter was a producer for netflix and hbo . I thanked them and headed on my way to search for my friends. On my way out into the city, a guy was renting out scooters (ie. the picture).
