We did it! Northbound John Muir Trail thru-hike August 5 ➡️ 20, 2023, beginning at Cottonwood Pass and finishing at Happy Isles in Yosemite. ✅✅✅ While this definitely was not my favorite ever trail it was certainly a great adventure, full of big views, snowy passes, alpine lakes, endless creek crossings, avalanche debris fields, blowdowns, and more mosquitos than I’ve ever seen! 🦟 More photos, details, and stories to come later.
