The exemplifier of German watchmaking, A. Lange & Söhne is best known for their finishing, complexity and design. And 2024 marks 25 years of their iconic Datograph. Its calibre L951 features a flyback chronograph with a jumping minute counter, the beautiful column wheel mechanism meticulously displayed through the sapphire display back. In fact, master watchmaker Philippe Dufour owns the pink gold version of the Datograph and describes it as the best chronograph movement ever made. Basketball player Michael Jordan also wears the first generation platinum Datograph with a matching bracelet.
