John Homans from VF Corporation, joined the 2023 SMBA cohort to share his reflections on a ‘career in flight and strategies for navigating your opportunities’. Students were encouraged to think about how their own experiences, regardless of the setting, could be impactful when applying and interviewing for jobs, with the overarching goal of being able to add value to the business long term.
