PART 9 of my Eating Out Series, and today we are covering a much requested restaurant…CANE’S!
With only 6 menu items to choose from.. this was a tough one.
Here’s what you’re going to want t order to get under 500 calories and at least 30g of protein:
✅3 Chicken Fingers and One Order of Coleslaw: 500 calories & 40g of protein
And here are two more options that break the calorie goal, but meet the protein goal:
✅3 Chicken Fingers, an Order of Coleslaw, and One Texas Toast: 630 calories & 44g of protein
✅3 Chicken Fingers, One Texas Toast, One Cane’s Sauce: 720 calories & 43g of protein
If you can avoid the canes sauce, I would because the sauce alone will cost you almost 200 calories
⚠️But you definitely want to avoid the Caniac Combo because that adds up to 1800 calories!
