Woooooo! Nova has an NPS of 83, measured since it was launched in late 2018. The defense sector traditionally hasn’t been big on NPS (net promoter score), but it’s something we track and monitor rigorously. For reference, the iPhone, which is considered a world-class product, has an NPS of 63. Anything over 50 is considered excellent! Nova’s outstanding NPS can be attributed to the tireless work of our engineers, product managers and training team, who aim to deliver a product that makes our customers proud. Nova 2 started shipping in December and already has operational reps under its belt - making a big difference on the battlefield.
