Progressive overloadšŸ”„ Track is not my bread and butter and I find it pretty tough but I’m getting better at embracing that pain, knowing it’s meant to hurt. Progressive overload means challenging your body and putting more stress on your muscles. It’s easy to stop when the going gets tough but that’s when you’ll hit a plateau.
