I just got a tonal and I couldn’t be more excited. The setup is easy, the workouts cover all levels from beginners to experts, and it’s completely customizable. I really hate going to conventional gyms and not being able to find the right weights, thankfully Tonal has every possible weight I could ever need and it’s personalized to me specifically. I hadn’t done two a days since my college football days but since Tonal is right next to my couch it makes it easy to get in an extra workout every day!
