We are a month out from the start of the 2023-2024 Indoor Track & Field Season,and in preparation we are kicking it off with some #tracktuesday posts! So what is so special about @thepodiumspokane that it sticks out among many indoor tracks in the nation? The Podium is the only permanent, 200m hydraulic banked track west of the Mississsippi River. The hydraulic track is known as the Rise-N-Run system, manufactured through Beynon. This system allows for the track to raise and lower to specific angles of embankment, which allows for athletes to maneuver the tight turns of an indoor track. Ultimately, this helps create the best racing environment for fast times. 🔥
