Anyone here do Morning Pages? I’ve been doing them (off and on but mostly on) ever since I first read Julia Camerons THE ARTISTS WAY almost 25 years ago. I started filling up brown craft paper Moleskine notebooks (lined) and never looked back. 🖊 When I’m doing them I’m amazed by how great it feels to spend some time each morning without email or insta or anything else (except coffee). Just a pen and paper and 20 minutes to write about whatever comes out. My handwriting isn’t great - and to be honest a lot of the time I cant even read what I’ve written if I go back to it later - but they aren’t meant to be re read.
