Home. Every time I walk across this little wooden bridge down toward the Gun Club - the ocean and sky opening up into this huge expanse - I feel my shoulders drop a bit. You can’t help but slow down when you arrive at a spot like this. 🌊 These days there are no guns here at the “Gun Club” (unless you count glue guns). The cottage came with the name because when it was built in 1890 it was used as a cabin for duck hunting. Even today ducks are always nearby - sheltered from the wind and bobbing silently along the shoreline.
