Prepping a gluten free sauce for some roasted chicken in my future.
Cornmeal in place of flour.
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 12 oz white wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon’s juice
- Fresh rosemary, thyme, sage and bay leaves
- Seasonings are blend of salt pepper and dried herbs with a small pinch of all spice
Store in the freezer and label with the date it was made.
